Mother's Rose

This pattern was designed to honor my mother.  The various pictures show have been stitched on different kinds of fabric and stitch counts.
 
The large picture has a stitch count of 73 W x 73 H.  When stitched on 14 count Aida, using two strands of thread over 1 fabric thread, has a design area of 5.2” x 5.2”.  When stitched on 40 count silk gauze over one thread, the design area measures 1.8” x 1.8”.
